Getting around Nice

If you wish to visit Nice and its surroundings, a car may not always be the best solution in a city whose traffic saturates easily. But that should be no reason to panic, as there are many means of transport available, of which the new Nice tramway was recently inaugurated in November 2007. After having been one of the first cities in France to have proposed this mean of locomotion in the 1900s, this is a long-awaited comeback by Nicois and tourists alike, in order to get around much easier and most of all more rapidly.
